Maybelle von Delano is a darling 11-12 month-old smaller-sized mix with a light-colored coat.  She is the epitome of a happy, well-adjusted, beautiful pup.  Maybelle comes out of her kennel ready to go, convinced that she has a fantastic day ahead - no exceptions! Once outside, she demonstrates her congenial nature by meeting other dogs very well and seeking to give and receive love from people. This absolute sweetheart enjoys saying ‘hi’ to humans and to furry-peers alike, as the two foremost things on her mind are receiving affection and having fun! One of her favorite things to do is to run and play on the grass with her handler. Maybelle formerly lived with multiple other dogs, ranging from smaller to bigger in size. She came into a playgroup at the rescue happy and interested to meet other dogs; she did well overall other than getting defensive toward the end when she was overwhelmed with dogs in her face, so she’s shown that she can hold her own if she has to; she is not a fan of cats. This bright, positive girl is ready to please with her presence and love the wonderful home that deserves her - be it near or across the country.
